Rules of use
What may be published, what may not, and what happens when someone crosses the line. The short version of the Terms.
What may not be published
- Things forbidden by law: weapons, drugs, medicines, official documents, protected species.
- Counterfeit goods, or copies sold as originals.
- Accounts, licences and subscriptions that cannot be transferred.
- Money, cryptocurrencies, financial instruments.
- Live animals — the „Animals” category is for accessories and food, not for selling them.
- Adult content, or anything that incites hatred.
How a listing is written
- One listing, one item. Ten different pairs of shoes don't fit in one listing.
- The photos must be of your item, not taken off the internet.
- The listed price is the price. Not „1 leu, details by message”.
- The category must be the real one. A sofa filed under „Phones” to get more views gets withdrawn.
- No contact details in the title or description. The conversation is right there.
How people talk here
You can refuse an offer without explaining. You cannot insult, threaten, or send the same message to dozens of people. A „no, thank you” ends a conversation as well as anything else.
What happens when someone crosses the line
The listing is withdrawn, with the reason stated — it doesn't vanish without explanation. At 3 independent reports it is hidden until a moderator looks. The account is suspended on repetition or for serious matters, and the suspension is communicated, with a reason.
