Buy2Sell
Secure payment
Where the money sits between the moment you pay and the moment the seller receives it.
Escrow, in two sentences
You pay, and the amount enters a platform account. The seller sees the order is paid and ships, but cannot touch the money until you confirm you received what you should.
If you neither confirm nor complain, the order closes by itself 48 hours after delivery, and the money enters the seller's wallet.
What we never see
Your card details. They go straight to the payment processor, which is certified for that; we only get back the confirmation that the payment succeeded and the last four digits, so you can recognise the card in your history.
What happens with a claim
The money stays frozen. A moderator reads what both sides say and the evidence provided, then decides. If the decision favours you, the amount returns to you, along the same path it came.
Escrow only works for money that goes through an order. Any payment made outside the platform is outside it.
