How buying works
From search to opened parcel, in six steps. We hold the money until you confirm all is well.
The steps, briefly
- You search for what you want and filter by price, condition, city or the category's attributes.
- You message the seller if you have questions. You can negotiate right in the conversation, with an offer.
- You place the order. Your money leaves your account, but does NOT reach the seller — we hold it.
- The seller has 3 working days to hand the parcel to the courier.
- You receive the parcel and check it.
- You confirm delivery. Only then does the money enter the seller's wallet.
What if it isn't as described
Don't confirm delivery. Open a claim from the order page — you have 48 hours from the moment the parcel is marked delivered. While the claim is open, the money stays with us.
After those 48 hours the order closes on its own and the money goes to the seller. The window is short precisely so sellers aren't left waiting for weeks — so open the parcel as soon as you can.
What it costs you
The item price, plus the buyer protection fee — 3% of the price plus 3 lei — plus delivery, if you choose a courier. It's all in the summary before you pay; nothing extra appears afterwards.
The sales commission is paid by the seller, out of their amount. It is not added to yours.
