What promotion packages do, what they don't, and when they're worth it.
What you can buy
- Boost — the listing rises in results, for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
- Top in category — you appear among the first in your category.
- Homepage spotlight — the listing enters the shelf on the front page.
- Highlight — the card gets a border that lifts it out of the row.
Prices differ by category and are shown at the promotion step, before you pay. Payment is separate from any order and is one-off.
What promotion does NOT do
- It doesn't change filters. If someone searches under 100 lei, a 300-lei listing won't show, however promoted.
- It doesn't hide that it's promoted. Paid listings always carry a badge.
- It doesn't interleave when sorting by price. There, order is order, otherwise the list would lie.
- It doesn't fix a weak listing. A blurry photo stays blurry in first place too.
When it's worth it
When the listing is already good — clear photos, realistic price, complete description — and simply isn't being seen because it landed in a crowded category. In a quiet category, a good listing rises on its own.
