How selling works

The form has seven steps and saves itself after each one. You can close the tab halfway and pick up where you left off.

• ◆The photos. The first is the cover — that's what decides whether anyone clicks.
• ◆The category. It determines the next step's fields and the filters you appear in.
• ◆The details: title, description and the category's attributes.
• ◆The price, and whether you accept offers.
• ◆Delivery: courier to address, pickup point, in-person handover — or all of them.
• ◆Promotion, if you want it. It can also be done later.
• ◆The preview. Here you see the listing exactly as a buyer sees it.

The listing goes through moderation before it appears in search. A new account can submit 3 listings a day; the limit rises to 20 after your first sale with a review of at least four stars.

• ◆You get a notification and an email. The listing is reserved automatically.
• ◆You have 3 working days to generate the waybill from the order page and hand over the parcel.
• ◆The label prints from a button — you fill in nothing by hand.
• ◆When the parcel is delivered, the buyer confirms.
• ◆The money enters your wallet, minus the commission. You withdraw it whenever you want.

If you don't ship in time, the order cancels itself and the money returns to the buyer. It isn't a punishment — it's what happens when nobody moves.

Publishing is free. From each completed sale we keep 5% of the item price. You pay nothing if you don't sell.
